Personality

What kind of people are you?

We are always being questioned by others. Actually, I do not quite understand myself. If someone asks me to describe myself, I would be hardly to answer. I think I am stubborn sometimes. It’s the way of showing how I stick to something might be important to me. In my opinion, perhaps it’s not bad when we mention” stubborn.” And I always embrace new things which may be a stimulus for my creativity. Maybe I do not excel at artwork, but I find my interests there. Sensitiveness is one of my personalities. It’s not a good or bad thing, but a feeling of other’s emotion. I may suffer from this ability rarely; on the other hand, I’ll think more when I treat anyone. So, you can say I am discreet. Maybe that is the reason why I am called secretary : )

New gene-about GM foods

I have read that kind of article about GM foods before in high school.
I think this kind of article is really useful for ordinary people.
First I heard “genetically modified food”, I have no idea about it.
Is GM food enormous enough to feed a whole village like this?
After taking biology lesson in high school, I realized that this word is not quite easy.
Actually scientists have changed their DNA by genetic engineering in order to solve food shortage in the future.
But I still don’t dare to try any foods which contain changed gene.
We don’t know what will happen if we consume this material……
Can you imagine putting a blue strawberry into your mouth?

Steal a moment of leisure...

According to the weather report, this is the coldest winter in recent two decades.
However, the chilly days wouldn't obstruct us to prepare for the Chinese New Year.
Every family members were busy preparing foods, receiving guests, purchasing snacks or something else.

One day, my aunt Sherry brought a basket of colorful paper napkin.
And she introduced me a kind of funny artwork.
In repeatedly cutting and pasting, I indulged myself into a small world.
Every petals and butterflies flow around me, as if I jumped into a pile of colorful paper.
I love enjoying this silence, no hustle and bustle of city life.
I almost forgot about the time until sunset made the room get dark.

What is so fascinating?

It is Decoupage!!

Decoupage (or découpage) is the art of decorating an object by gluing colored paper (paper napkin)cutouts onto it in combination with special paint effects, gold leaf and so on.---Wikipedia
